Makes soft dough.
1 pkg. yeast (1 T.) - 2 T. warm water
1 c. boiling water
1 T. shortening
1 t. salt
1 t. sugar
Mix yeast and warm water, dissolve shortening, salt and sugar in boiling water. Add yeast and flour, mix and knead and let rise. 15-20 minutes. Top with toppings and bake at 400 degrees until brown and bubbly.
