3 T. Melted Butter
2 T. Flour
1 t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper
3 c. milk
Microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes stirring every 3 minutes.
3 1/4 - 4 c. Potatoes
2 T. Minced Onion
Grease 2 quart casserole dish. Put all ingredients in and microwave on High for 17 to 19 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. The recipe says to cover, but I find that mine boils over.
