Brown Bag Apple Pie

9" frozen pie crust

2 T. Lemon juice
7 c. Apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 T. Flour
Mix together and pour into unbaked pie crust.
TOPPING:
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Butter, right out of refrigerator, not frozen
Use a pastry blender and make crumbly. Place crumbs over the apples. Place pie in a brown paper bag and fold down one time. Place bag on a cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour.
