1 rump roast or baron of beef
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
Salt and Pepper to taste
Season beef with salt and pepper. Pour tomato sauce over beef roast. Add bay leaf. (Can add a little water to add moisture.) Cook at 250 degrees for approximately 5 hours. Shred cooked beef with a fork. Stir to mix shredded beef with liquid. Great for sandwiches, tacos, enchiladas, chimichangas, etc.
