1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. corn meal
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk or buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
Mix ingredients with a mixer until smooth and pour into oiled 9x13 inch pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
