3/4 c. Butter
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. Milk chocolate chips
1 jar puffed marshmallow creme
1 t. vanilla
Mix butter, sugar and milk in heavy 2 ½ to 3 quart pan. Bring to a full rolling boil on medium heat. Stirring consistently. Continue boiling 5 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into pan.
