Veldean Summer’s Salsa

4 tomatoes (or 6 romas)
1/4 onion - white (more)
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp. Garlic salt
2 T. Lemon juice (or lime)
1 whole jalapeno (½ is best)
4 sprigs celantro/parsley
Combine all ingredients and serve
