Louise's Barbequed Spare Ribs

1 c. ketchup
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. worcestshire sauce
1 t. mustard
1 t. salt
pepper
3/4 c. water
Boil together 3 minutes.
Flour ribs, brown ribs, put some onion on top.  Bake at 350 degrees 2 hours covered then 1/2 hour uncovered.
