Pit and half plums.
3 ½ cups blended plums
½ cup lemon juice
1 package pectin
Blend these 3 ingredients at high speed, let sit 30 minutes, blending occasionally.
1 cup light corn syrup
5 ½ cups (or 5 cups to taste) sugar
Mix these 2 ingredients in a pan, then add fruit mixture. Heat to 100 degrees F stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Pour into containers and freeze.
