Fresh Pear Pie

3 Fresh pears sliced thin
1 cup whipping cream
2 T flour
1 pinch of salt
1 cup sugar
Put sliced pears in unbaked pie shell, sprinkle dry ingredients over top, pour in cream, cover with top crust and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees and 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
