½ lb. Shredded chicken (2-4 breasts)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup sugar
Put in cake pan and bake for 1 ½ hours at 350 degrees.
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 head shredded lettuce
4 stalks chopped green onions
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
2 oz. Wontons cut into strips about 1/4" wide. Marifun
Toss together.
Dressing:
4 tablespoons sugar
½ c. salad oil
6 tablespoons Japanese vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons sesame seed oil
Make dressing 4 hours ahead. Keep shaking every hour.
