Fried Rice

Bring 1 1/4 cups of water to boil. Stir in 1 ½ cups of rice, cover and remove from heat. Let set for 5 minutes. In a big frying pan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine with 1/3 cup chopped onion. Cook 1 egg in butter and onion. Add meat and rice. Combine 1/4 cup water and 3 Tablespoons of Soy sauce together. Pour over rice. Heat through.
